SECTION 2 - OUR PRODUCTS We make every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of our K-Beauty products. However, we do not guarantee that your computer monitor's display of any color will be accurate. Products may have limited quantities and are subject to return only according to our Refund Policy.

SECTION 3 - ORDERS & GCC CUSTOMS Placing an order is an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order. Important for GCC Customers: You represent that products purchased are for personal use and not for commercial resale. All international shipments to the GCC region are subject to customs clearance. You (the buyer) are the importer of record and are responsible for any import duties, VAT, or local taxes levied by your country's customs authorities.

SECTION 4 - PRICING & BILLING Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. Prices may be displayed in your local GCC currency (e.g., SAR, AED, QAR), but final checkout may be subject to exchange rate fluctuations. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases.

SECTION 5 - SHIPPING We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, customs clearance processes in GCC countries, or events beyond our control. Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.

SECTION 6 - INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY All content on this site (brand, text, images, graphics) is the property of BSPM Corporation or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.

SECTION 7 - THIRD-PARTY LINKS & OPTIONAL TOOLS We may provide access to third-party tools or links over which we have no control (e.g., payment gateways, external logistics tracking). Your use of these is at your own risk and discretion.

SECTION 8 - RELATIONSHIP WITH SHOPIFY Our store is powered by Shopify. All sales transactions are strictly between you and BSPM Corporation. You acknowledge that Shopify has no liability for any sales activities, damages, or losses arising from your purchases.

SECTION 9 - PROHIBITED USES & AI AGENTS You are prohibited from using the site or its content: (a) for any unlawful purpose; (b) to violate any international or local GCC regulations; (c) to infringe upon our intellectual property; (d) to upload malicious code; or (e) to collect personal information of others. If you access our service via an automated AI Agent, it must strictly identify itself and must not bypass security measures.

SECTION 11 - GOVERNING LAW These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Korea. However, this does not deprive GCC consumers of any mandatory statutory rights granted to them by their local consumer protection laws.
